First volunteer day training at Cabrillo
I was welcomed at the gate with no question, got in free, talked to the visitor center volunteer, watched all three movies, read all the plaques around the whole park but the tide pool, read everything at the lighthouse, then read everything at the Bayside Trail. Took 6 hours and saw Melody Takeuchi.
Got home from traffic and crashed for 3 hours and had dreams.
I was basically a mega tourist and ate all the information. I had a bunch of thoughts of becoming a ranger. I felt worried because it seemed like there was not a lot to do as a ranger there. But then again I didn’t really volunteer.
